Mission

Multicultural Tourism Development Alliance™ is an industry non-profit organization (501c6) designed to provide pertinent resources to those entities dedicated to the development of multicultural tourism. Multicultural tourism, as a focus of MTDA® is defined in a broad sense as travel and tourism product and service development with a focus on the cultural and heritage elements associated with African, Latin/Hispanic,Asian and Native American societies. And, travel and tourism sales and marketing strategies which transform corporate and departmental cultures into more proactive entities to penetrate these growing segments with a total commitment to training, development and placement of qualified minority professionals throughout the industry.

The Multicultural Tourism Development Alliance™ is a catalyst in the development and long term success of Multicultural tourism through the creation of products, services and expertise which uniquely represent and benefits the interests and desires of African American,Latin/Hispanic American, Asian American and Native American consumers. It is our mission to preserve, protect and promote the culture and history of people of color.
