MTDA Contacts

The Multicultural Tourism Development Alliance™ is a group where the industry can join together in anticipation and preparation for a dramatic shift in consumer buying and service requirements over the next twenty years. Although the industry began to focus on ways to incorporate all ethnic communities into a national tourism product in late 1995, a sense of commitment, inclusion and acceptance simply has not materialized. Thus, the industry is exposed to the potential of a highly politically charged initiative to force a more inclusive environment.

M.T.D.A™, through members of its Board of Directors, has visiiblity in number of industry organizations. Board members are active supporters of the National Association of Black Meeting Planners, Inter-American Travel Agents Society, Travel Industry Association, National Association of Museums to mention only a few.

M.T.D.A.™ has received broad support from the community as expressed from the National Association of Black Telecommunications Worker. Additionally, as a result of its leadership role in " Princeville 2000", the Mayor of the town of Princeville along with members of the Congressional Black Caucus have recognized MTDA as a true asset to the community.
